An online electronics store that partly runs itself: it writes its own product descriptions, digests customer reviews, flags bad content, takes payments, and texts buyers on WhatsApp.
Running an online store by hand is relentless: writing product copy, reading every review, moderating content, and keeping buyers updated.
Reviews triaged before a human reads them
The moderation queue auto-triages reviews by severity, so a person only sees what genuinely needs a person. Approval stays a human decision.
A storefront that sells like it looks
A dark, premium storefront with hand-picked products, full variant and stock handling, and reviews on every product page.
Orders with a paper trail
Every order moves through the back office with its status transitions captured in the audit log, and the buyer gets a WhatsApp text at each step.
Product copy that writes itself
Descriptions are drafted by a purpose-built Gemini agent inside the product editor. The owner edits and approves instead of starting from a blank box.
Promotions with guardrails
Percentage and fixed coupons with validity windows and order minimums. The promotions engine enforces the fine print.
Three purpose-built Gemini agents wired into ordinary shop operations: description writing, review digestion, moderation triage, all inside a 12-module Laravel monolith kept clean enough to reason about, with local OTP payments (Adfali/Plutu) and automatic WhatsApp order notifications.
The store handles the busywork itself.
The owner works on the business instead of the admin.
Customers pay locally and stay updated on WhatsApp.
